By Oluwaseun Akingboye

Youths in Ondo State, under the Social Intervention Advocacy Foundation (SIAF) have decried the incessant killings by Nigeria Police officers.

The group’s State Ambassador, Mr. Olufemi Fasipe, lamented the recurring killing of innocent Nigerians by the police, attributing it to Police’s cancellation of operational procedures.

The group demanded that police must respect the sanctity of human lives and the scrapping of the ad-hoc squads within the police. They also demanded justice for the killings of Emeka Ojinze (23), Linda Angela Igwetu (23),Sofiyat Yekin (23), Ademola Moshood, the commercial motorcycle rider who was killed over N200 and Kolade Johnson (36), recently shot dead by police.
